At Taveggia Martoccia we produce high quality and sought after Tuscan wines, starting at the vineyard and meticulously controlling the production until the bottling. Our first and most important wine was the Taveggia Martoccia Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG
100% Sangiovese.
From Montalcino, Tuscany
One of the most well-known wines in the world. Wine of elegance and concentration obtained from the long aging process. Bouquets of cherry, plum, and spices. Hints of wild berries, black cherry and vanilla.
Aged for a minimum of 5 years. Full-bodied with lively acidity, & with aromas of red wild fruit, underlying of vanilla and spice, and a hint of earthiness. Pairs well with meat and seasoned cheeses.



TAVEGGIA MARTOCCIA
ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOCG
100% Sangiovese.
From Montalcino, Tuscany
Long considered the little brother of Brunello. Aging required for 1 year, however a wine of depth and distinction. Medium- bodied. Floral aroma with hints of spice and mint. Fruity black cherry and wild berries unite with light sensations of vanilla and spice. Balanced tannins and nice acidity. Pairs well with cold cuts, meats, seasoned cheeses and mushrooms

BARBERA D'ASTI
DOCG

Intense notes of red fruits are balanced by hints of vanilla. Full-flavored, pleasant and elegant, with good persistence and soft tannins, that give way to savory and earthy notes. Easily suited to medium aging. Versatile food wine that goes with everything from veggies and fish to grilled meats. Serve at 64°F.

SOAVE SUPERIORE
DOCG

Our Soave Superiore DOCG is Hand harvested from the basalt-rich volcanic soils high in the Roncà Hills from one of Soave’s most important Cru vineyards. Dry and expressive with floral and ripe fruit aromas and hints of mint and olive leaf. Clean, with some body from time in oak barrels, with and a mineral finish.
