Obtained from selected grapes from 13 vineyards. It is a Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry which, despite its residual sugar of 13 grams/litre, still has a fairly dry taste. The perfect aperitif. Great with shellfish, seafood and lighter dishes. Serve fresh at 42-46°F.

Produced in Valdobbiadene (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE). It comes from the hills of Col Vetoraz in the higher part of the famous Cartizze zone. Its nose is intense yet refined, with notes of flowers and ripe fruits. Its flavor is silky, full-bodied and moderately fruity. The perfect aperitif. Great with shellfish, seafood and lighter dishes. Serve fresh at 42-46°F.
